Overview

Built for the rhythm of short-term rentals.

Between one guest and the next, there are hours, not days. Coastline works to the checkout and check-in times you set, resets each property to one consistent standard, and tells you what we find, so every arrival feels cared for and you have less to chase.

Who it's for

  • Vacation-rental owners
  • Airbnb and Vrbo hosts
  • Property managers
  • Multi-property portfolios

Turnover cleaning

Checkout to check-in, reset to your standard.

A turnover is the full reset between departing and arriving guests: cleaning, fresh linens, restocking and a final check, completed within the window between checkout and the next check-in.

Every property is different, so turnovers follow a checklist agreed for your property during onboarding, including where linens and supplies are kept and how you'd like the home presented.

Every turnover covers

  • Cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
  • Beds made with fresh linens
  • Towels replaced and presented
  • Guest supplies restocked to your levels
  • Trash emptied to the property’s bins
  • A walk-through before we leave
  • A note of anything that needs your attention

Beyond the clean

Support that keeps every property guest-ready.

Linens, supplies, condition checks, reporting and coordination, arranged for each property.

  • Linen and laundry

    Fresh linens, every stay.

Beds are stripped and remade, and towels and bath linens are replaced and presented the way your listing promises. Linen service is set up for each property during onboarding: we confirm where linens are kept, how many sets the property has, and how laundering and rotation will work.

    • Beds stripped and remade
    • Towels and bath linens replaced
    • Presentation to your standard
    • Worn or stained linens noted
  • Restocking

    The basics, never missing.

Guests notice when something runs out. We restock guest supplies to the levels you set for each property and let you know when stock is running low, before it becomes a guest message.

    • Paper goods
    • Soaps, shampoo and toiletries
    • Kitchen and coffee basics
    • Low-stock alerts for you
  • Inspections and condition checks

    Eyes on the property.

Every turnover ends with a walk-through of the property. Condition checks can also be arranged as their own visit, for example between bookings, so you know the property is in order even when no one is staying.

    • A walk-through at every turnover
    • Condition checks on request
    • Scope agreed for each property
  • Damage and maintenance reporting

    You hear what we find.

If we find damage, missing items or something that needs repair, we let you know, so you can address it before the next guest arrives and follow up with your guest or booking platform if needed. How reports reach you is agreed during onboarding.

    • Damage and missing items
    • Maintenance needs
    • Items left behind by guests
  • Vendor coordination and minor maintenance

Small issues handled. Bigger ones coordinated.

Our team can take care of minor maintenance found during a visit, with your approval. When a repair needs a specialist, we coordinate with vendors for you. Licensed trade work, such as electrical, plumbing and HVAC, is carried out by licensed professionals.

    • Minor maintenance support, with your approval
    • Vendor coordination for larger repairs
    • Licensed trades handled by licensed professionals

Deep cleaning

Detailed care between bookings.

Turnovers keep a rental guest-ready. Periodic deep cleaning keeps it in condition, covering the detailed work a turnover window doesn't allow.

Deep cleaning can be scheduled during a gap in bookings, before a busy season, or on a rotation that suits your calendar.

Deep cleaning can include

  • Baseboards, doors and trim
  • Inside cabinets and drawers
  • Vents, light fixtures and ceiling fans within reach
  • Tile, grout and fixtures in bathrooms
  • Under and behind furniture that can be moved safely
  • Inside kitchen appliances, when included in your proposal

Optional add-ons

Extras for your rental.

Available on request and confirmed in your proposal.

  • Inside the refrigerator
  • Inside the oven
  • Inside cabinets and drawers
  • Patio, balcony or porch tidy
  • Extra laundry
  • Cleanup after maintenance or repairs

A few requests fall outside turnover cleaning. Many are still possible: some need your approval in advance or a custom proposal, and some are best handled by a qualified specialist, whom we can help coordinate.

  2. We respond within one business day

Our team contacts you to talk through your properties, your standards and what you need.

  3. Set up each property

We learn each property with you: access, where linens and supplies are kept, your checklist and how rooms should be presented.

  4. Receive your proposal

You receive a proposal with the scope and pricing for each property.

  5. Turnovers begin

We schedule around your checkout and check-in times. How bookings are shared with us is agreed during setup.
